600gm boneless chicken/ cut into small pieces 2tbsp flour 2tbsp corn flour 1 egg 1tbsp soya sauce 1tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper
In a bowl add chicken and all these ingredients and mix well and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
For frying Oil Flour In a pan add oil and flame should be medium high. Add chicken pieces into dry flour and dust them then add in hot oil to fry. Fry all the chicken like this untill golden brown.
Sauce 1 cup tomato ketchup 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 cup pineapple cubes 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1tbsp vinegar 1tbsp soya sauce One medium size onion One capsicum 1 tbsp sugar 1tsp ginger garlic paste 2tbsp oil 1/4 cup water
In a wok add oil and ginger garlic paste, sautee. Add onion and capsicum and sautee for 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree and tomato ketchup and spices, fry for a minute thn add soya sauce and vinger and sugar. Add pineapple cubes and cook for few minutes add water and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Now add the fried chicken and mix well. Serve with white rice.

Ingredients for Sauce Tomato puree 1/2cup Chilli sauce 2tbsp Honey 5tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Garlic paste 1tsp Oil 1tsp
In a wok add oil nd garlic paste saute then add tomato puree nd fry for few seconds. Now add chilli sauce, honey, salt. Cook for few minutes until thick. Add chicken into this sauce coat the chicken well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with rice.
